| Air conditioning and ventilation technology
Kor Plast is currently the leading supplier of custom-made plastic solutions for ventilation technology in this part of Europe.
For plastic solutions in ventilation technology, PP, PPs, PPs-el, PE, PE-el, PVC, PVDF and PETG are suitable for pipe systems, ducts, fittings and valves, not to mention for highly explosive environments.
We also supply products that are suitable for pharmaceutical industry applications. Corrosion resistance against aggressive toxic substances as well as a denser performance network are among the main advantages compared to conventional galvanized ventilation components on the market.
| Water management
As a core component of our existence, the supply of clean drinking water requires future-oriented industrial solutions. Our health and well-being depend on the quality of drinking water.
No matter whether you are talking about water supply, sewage treatment plants or waste water disposal or drainage systems, we always provide you with high-quality solutions. In addition to the construction of water reservoirs and tanks, we also offer solutions in pool construction.
The advantages of using plastic, compared to alternative materials, include durability, flexibility and high usability. Moreover, the assembly is very simple and economical due to the low weight of the products.
| Agriculture / Aquafarming
Pipe and drainage systems made of PE, PP and PVC are used in the agricultural and food sector.
These are an alternative to the conventional steel material and offer resistance to incrustation and pesticide attacks in stationary and mobile containers, shafts and tanks during liquid transport and are also easier to clean. Plastic solutions in agricultural applications have a positive effect on irrigation costs in drier regions and ultimately lead to an increase in crop yields.
Chemical resistance, UV stability, impact strength and abrasion resistance as well as food approval are further significant advantages for plastic applications in the food industry. We also offer maintenance-friendly plastic solutions in the fish farming sector, such as nets for fish farms, containers, tanks, tubs and pipelines, and pontoons, which are not dangerous for either the fish or the end user. While the traditional application material in fish farming often dissolves the coating surface, this is not the case with the durable and UV stable plastic solutions. Here, PP, PE 100 pipe systems are suitable for on- or offshore water transport systems.
| Agglomeration/ construction
Plastic is also distinguished by its excellent quality in the building industry. Hot formability, processability and deep-drawing capabilities speak for PE, PP and PVC solutions, especially in building construction, port and boat building. Due to the weight of the material and the flexibility of shape, numerous individual customer requirements can be taken into account, especially in the construction industry.
As it turns out, especially solutions made of aluminium and steel are not the preferred materials in boat building due to numerous disadvantages. In addition to fouling and corrosion, which lead to additional service costs, the weight of the finished product is also a feature that does not necessarily speak in favour of the latter application materials. For a longer life and stability, solutions made of PE are the more optimal variant in boat building.
| Environmental Technology
Compared to steel, thermoplastic guarantees impact resistance at low temperatures, stability in UV conditions and corrosion resistance.
We also supply our customers with environmentally friendly product solutions in numerous areas of environmental technology where renewable energies are used to generate electricity. For example, PE 100 components for biogas supply are used as an environmentally conscious and future-oriented solution.
